I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. i have tried to reach the customer by phone, 6 times, and by email 2 times and get no response. The truck needed for this load is now booked out.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The dims were off by a mile we booked on Monday and had a truck there Tuesday, original provided dims 25x 7x 11 40K I sent a driver 400miles to find out the real dims were 40x 9'8"x 14 55k and did not run so it needed a larger RGN front and rear escorts,pole car,route survey and police escort that is a superhaul and yes we require monies up front with a load this size and never done prior business. I have moved 220 plus loads from this site alone with 5.0 rating and 99% positive feedback, Jason

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer had unit locked in area that we were not allowed without sherriff. Sheriff said no. Customer was unable to get release at that time.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Trucking company wanted payment in full before delivery so we gave him authorization to charge the remaining amount to our credit card. He then charged $11,000 dollars on the card and never picked up the Rig to be transported. We have already recouped our credit card charges, but uship should ban this guy from doing business.
