The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer apparently not interested in our services

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Relisted because provider did not answer calls or emails. Relist was taken down. Provider finally responded to third call over 24 hours with message “Please text me”. Finally got basic info. Provider followed up 30 mins later: “Did you still require our services? Item was relisted.” I confirmed that yes, I do. This was day before cancellation request, which was received after confirming twice. Responded to all of provider’s questions over text. No further attempt made to contact me as claimed.
