The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter never showed or reached out to us with a reason. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communications.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Went to pick up a 60" mower and wanted to put it in the back of their truck bed. Poor planning on their part. Very disappointing.
