The pictures provided with the listing were NOT the actual pictures of the item needing shipped and created some issues. Scheduling & communication were horrible with the 3rd party (repossession lot) that actually had the item on their property but was finally able to work it out,however, shipper still left me bad feedback even though I was the one who had to deal with this 3rd party and item was delivered promptly with no damage. Also had problems with payment but it was resolved 2 hours later.

Our listing stated the photos may not be actual. The poor feedback was due to you not communicating any of the issues you had to us. You were booked on 7/2/21 and were to originally to have unit picked up on or before 7/8/2021. We had to call you and on 7/13 you stated that you had to reschedule because you would not make it to the location that day before they closed (you were already days late). You rescheduled then for 7/15. We then tried to reach you for several days.

Shipper was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The pictures provided with the listing were NOT the actual pictures of the item needing shipped.
