The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was really disappointed that you cancelled on us. You missed the original date that was set in your agreement of 5 days then on the date that you promised to pick it up, you called to tell me you are now out of commission due to a DOT infraction. This may cost us in the long run by missing both dates promised to our client. Response from rmsmith111: Thank you for your feedback. You have been very gracious to us with your business. I apologize that we were not able to keep our commitment with you. Although we can continue operating. I feel it is necessary to suspend operation to apply all efforts to fixing our issues. Although they are minor problems, I am concerned they will become big problems if not addressed. Creating the best customer experience possible is our goal even if that means we will take a financial loss for awhile.
