The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called the pickup location and ask what time will the item be available for pickup and I was told that I needed paperwork to pickup the item. I told the lady thatthe lady that I apologize and that this was my first time picking up for this company. I spoke with lday before I even received a email and I told her that I would contact the shipper and see what documents I needed to pickup the item but then the shipper spoke with Mary and she told them a totally different story from our conversati.
