The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The transporter never contacted us, never called the pick up location to set up appointment basically just left us high and dry. This transporter is not reliable at all. Think again before using them.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Miscommunication between us and the transporter. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dates set for Friday and listed correctly. Shipper did not see the date listed and needed it shipped on Thursday unfortunately. I already had an item booked for Thursday and could not complete for them. Looking forward to further shipments from this client since I have completed other shipments for them already. Thanks for the opportunity.
