The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Set up a new date and never showed up. We have been trying to call and have had zero luck. We will get a new transporter since this one doesn't know how to communicate with us.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was informed the drivers truck broke down and missed the recovery date. We have been trying to get in touch with him but it appears that maybe he is still down and we need to get this unit moved. We will find another driver.
