The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I accept the cancellation, and hope to work with this shipper again, but I need to clarify for my other customers that I did not show up with the wrong size trailer - this shipper listed the vehicle at an estimated width of 56" when it was actually 80" - that wasn't even close. And, it would have barely fit on my trailer, but it's a gorgeous $200,000 car, and I didn't want to take a chance at even the tiniest scratch if it slightly moved or bounced during transit.
