I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was contacted by customer and asked for insurance before providing ANY information on shipment. I provided insurance and never heard back until today. I dont mind canceling but i do not think this should count against me. I did what i was told to do before i would be given any information.
Response from Crankyape 4.:
All information was emailed to you on 12/30 to the email address provided by Uship. We called as well to explain the process and you did not answer. We then called and emailed you 1/6 & 1/7 with no response at all. Finally we had no choice but to submit a cancellation on Uship and re-book with another service provider. Documentation of every call attempt and email is on file.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider did not read the listing nor the email confirmation that was sent to them with all of the details. Listing and email stated "LIGHTS UNKNOWN". Service provider arrived at pick up location and the lights on travel trailer did not work. He did not have a light bar and is not able to continue this transport.
