The Truth is we delivered (3) three day early in northern Indiana and with Christmas being on Mon asked to deliver Saturday. Our conversation was agreed to call 1/2 hour prior as we were in Central Ohio driving in blinding snow and agreed to call :30 prior and we agreed. We get call and person says they have been waiting for hour and we were still hours away? Puzzled by this rude act agreed to drop at location and we locked to Gate corner as agreed and left them a new combo and Thanked?

It amazes me how you make it sounds like its our fault for your late arrival. The location manager called me on Saturday afternoon and explained the situation. Exactly how I wrote it is how it happened. We will NOT retract our review per your request to save face. Transporters can not talk to us like this and demand we make changes to the posted drop times and threaten to leave the unit on the side of the road. Thats the bottom line.
