Missed the pick up date and had very poor with communication on the recovery.

Well apparently central dispatch doesn’t communicate with its yard manager. I was in constant contact with him from the day after booking when I had bearing failure on a customers boat and called him and told him of the situation that I wasn’t going to make the pickup on time and offered to cancel he said no worries we texted back and fourth from the time of pick up to delivery I’m sorry for the delay but mechanical failure happens in this business i wish there was a way to post managers texts
