I no longer need my item(s) shipped Client finally decided to cancel the unit and the owner was going to retain it. Thank you and sorry for the mark on your record. We enjoy working with you and will continue to do so as long as we can.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter is now almost a week late from pick update. He keeps telling us he has the boat and doesn't. We now owe fees on the trailer its on due to him being late and can afford to wait any longer.
