Well if all information and resources and emails were correct. And people at 24/7 Would respond to numerous emails /calls . Apparently Tom has failure to communicate Problem. ...Becky who works with cranky was well aware of communication issues I had made 2 trips to get this done yes I was within 52 miles from this pick up on a Thursday started making contact attempt on.Wednesday. .18th to.pick up on 20th No response email or call Becky had same Issues. I am always on time .thanks
