There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved once we got there trailer was damaged it was not towable. Notified customer soon as we found the leaf springs on trailer were broken. Which made this untowable. Customer agreed a flatbed was needed

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did no show up or call on agreed upon pick up date. Spoke to provider after a few days and another date was missed. We need to seek new transport at this point.

INCORRECT! Highway was closed on 11/29 due to snow. Company is only open 3 days a week until 1pm They were not available for me to get on 12/4 because of their short hours I informed Jeremy of this issue on 11/29 I had no issue getting it I cannot put off my other loads for 1 company for when I was already put on the back burner from a previous run that fall through on their end & still nothing good came from that. I have done many runs for this company and for this to happen is uncalled for.
