The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider called us stating the mower was out of gas so he was not able to load it into his truck. We advised him to get gas and we have not heard back from him until now, after he canceled the shipment.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment There was an issue getting the unit ready for transport. Unit was snowed in and the slide-out was out and it was locked with no keys. The owner was suppose to have it ready and did not. This was not the transporters fault, this was ours due to poor communication. I have worked out details for payment due to dry run and will take care of the transporter as best as we can.
