The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The trailer has (4) flat tires not just (1) and the tires are 19 years old The trailer has not moved in 17 years and requires the following at min to be done: a) replace batteries in trailer b) repack and or replace hub bearings c) replace wiring eaten by rodents D) trailer brakes need to be replaced The road leading to the property is dirt and has very deep ruts that makes it impossible to tow the trailer over. The dirt road is approx 2 miles long

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer along route having title issue on Motorcycle. . And trying to get it sorted out has been delayed several times due to staffing shortage with This virus issue I do apologize for delays and cancel of this shipment schedule conflicts happen and I apologize and hopefully not affect future business with cranky ape I have always done my job please understand the circumstances.let's move forward.and understand things unfortunately happen we can't control thanks for understanding
