The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I agree with the cancellation and was NOT the transporter fault.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This was sub contracted out to another transporter and he ghosted us and never picked up the unit. Please cancel this unit we will have to find another transporter.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This unit was way to heavy for us to use a car hauler and we will need to get a wrecker there to move it.

Fast but did not read our hours of operation and had to have someone else allow him to drop. We told you a few times that you needed to call them and make sure they were prepared.
