The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper cancelled the shipment, when he was 20 minutes away because he said he was doing me a favor taking the job. I tried for days to contact them with no response. Emails and phone calls (he has no voicemail). NO communication for weeks and ignored attempts to reach until the very last minute. I stayed over an hour and a half after close to facilitate the pickup with no complaints. Very professional. He's doing me a favor taking the job? I need refunded asap so I can book another carrier
