The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it It seems that the shipper no longer owns these items. According to the auction house, shipper was even given extra time to remove these items but failed to do so. They were forfited on March 6th...almost 2 weeks BEFORE he listed them. I incurred expenses which I have to eat because of this, I therefore wish to cancel this match (which really goes against my grain but I have no other choice since I can't ship something that doesn't exist).

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I am sorry that this happened. I notified the site manager that I was looking for a transporter, but too much time passed according to their small print, and the goods were put back for sale. I had paid for the goods, so no one was more inconvenienced than me.
I am enclosing a copy of the email I sent the company that did this:

Requ Response from howardtm: There was nothing there to pick up. The shipper had actually lost the item before ever listing it. It cost me about 120.00 in fuel and tolls to do this "non-shippment" Oh well...
