The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper agreed on date and time. At the end of the arrival window I texted shipper. He was at east 8 hours off schedule. I asked him to contact me an hour before his arrival to see if we could coordinate another time. He asked about the possibility of rescheduling for the following day, which is today. I told him I’d check. I’ve texted last night and this morning with no response

This was my first experience with uShip, and it was wonderful! I'd like to start off by saying that I rarely give 5/5 or 10/10 stars on any feedback, as there is always something in my mind that can be improved upon. I honestly don't see a reason in this case. The provider communicated very well from the initial contact. When we met at the trailer to be towed and discovered it had a flat tire and I had no tools, he didn't hesitate to change the tire. He communicated during the entire trip
