After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer My driver went to check on table said it was ready to fall apart and would not last though shipping. I had him make the call and he said he was not able to ship it without it falling apart due to poor shape.

Uhm... this shipper was a no-show. No one "checked on" the table at any point... I canceled this shipment when no one called me to schedule a pickup and no one showed up by the time frame agreed. The phone number provided by this shipper wasn't even legit...

He was an expert communicator and very timely. We pre-wrapped our items, but he added his own blankets and handled them carefully. He also assembled the piece for us, even though it’s not usually part of his service. The delivery window was very short and he managed to make it work.

Augi and Rachel were responsive and careful throughout the whole process. They delivered 3 tables (which required basic assembly upon delivery) and two chairs. 4 different deliveries. They accommodated some specific dates and times for clients and we received a glowing review. "...[They] were wonderful!! They were bubbly and so enthusiastic about your work!! I was impressed." We'll definitely use them again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not confirm a pickup schedule with me or show up by the agreed date. I attempted to contact the shipper by the phone number provided but it was an incorrect number. I emailed the shipper but received no response.
