Poor communication. Shipment late - two extensions given due to circumstances but I think he was just waiting to get other shipments. Time was of the essence on this one and he knew that. He did end up pulling it off at the 12th hour ---- which is what I was trying to avoid. Did not notify customer in advance and she was not happy with the service whatsoever.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment unfortunately, the shipper's trailer was not large enough. we agreed to cancel. thanks, susie

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer had a change to their order. I couldn't accommodate the customer and the shipper's timeline. I asked shipper if he could just re-schedule on a later route but he could not.
