The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked with him and now can't reach him through text, email or phone. Requesting a cancellation - shipper was supposed to pick up 12/18 - then moved it to 12/19. Didn't show. Said he was on the phone with USHIP and I haven't heard anything since.
