The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer accepted LTL Standard terms. After reading the auction house instructions and contacting the auction house I discovered that none of the shipment was protected and also the shipment would not be handled by the auction house. I called the Shipper to inform her of this fact and to let her know I would put together a loading team even though this was not part of the agreement. In addition our agreement terms afforded us until April 7th to pick up the shipment.

I have listed shipments on uship for the past 7 years and not ONCE has a shipper told me they could not pick up my items because there was no help in loading the goods...you knew you were dealing with an auction house as early as last week , yet you wait over a week to inform me that you cannot pick up my items without a "crew". This is not right...there is a table and a sideboard, easily moved by two people, not a " crew" . I am now stuck with storage fees from the auction...

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was supposed to be collected on July 16 and 17....I have checked with the auctions and our items have not been collected. The shipper has not responded to telephone, text or emails this week. I have to get these items picked up as I will have storage fees. susan

This lady is the most unrealistic person I ever meet first she failed to tell us she 2 location pick ups and they were 3hoits away. There were no pieces missing we both called those Cornell auctions in new York and they said the mistake was on them they simply didn't give them to her. She had 19its but her post says 7 . She put address in Jackson when we got there ,she said I'm sorry I live in Yazoo ms.1hour away from uship posted address. All drivers beware this is your worst night mare shipper

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper agreed to this load. We had several questions and answers along with pictures and locations prior to my accepting the booking. This really puts me in a bind.
