Shipment was torn apart, parts were loose in the truck. They had been shrink wrapped but it was damaged. These were light skids 335 lbs with another skid of 100 lbs. Driver complained why one skid had so many while the other skid had a few. The few were extra we wanted along with the full skid. I was disappointed with the service and the amount of time it took to get here. Said 1 day transit took 4. Picked up on Monday delivered on Friday... yeah one day transit. We're very disappointed!!!!!!!!

Called YRC to see where the shipment was, they told us at the Charlotte depot. I asked if there was any way they could delivery on thursday and they told me only way was for us to pick it up ourselves. I was in our Pa main office and knew I could not get from Phila. to Charlotte in 2 hours. Our customer was demanding quick responce from us and we were trying everything we could to get the parts. next day parts were not delivered and we had to hire a truck to pickup the shipment for $300 NOT GO
