I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I told the client we had a trailer incident, I did keep telling him to be patient When I showed up he said he wants to cancel That was not appropriate as I was very communicative with him

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver agreed to pick up this shipment on Monday or Tuesday, but it is now Wednesday and he is stating that he can pick up in about 36 hours if we go off of U-ship. Since that would exceed our agreed upon timeframe and terms, it would not work for us. Therefore, we cancelled the shipment.
