The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The client gave the wrong information in regards to the size and quantity of their shipment. Act Fast did an excellent job and tried to accommodate the shipment but it was much bigger than the client initially described. The client has requested a cancellation and would like a full refund.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We want a FULL REFUND. This was a complete waste of time and resources. "InterState Hauling" did follow through with their stated pickup and delivery dates. We had to call them numerous times to get updates and they kept giving us the run-around. It is now over a week late and they still cannot give a pickup and delivery time. We have a business to run and expect to work with professionals that follow through with their agreements.
