The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Shipper has been inconsistent and unprofessional. We have been shipping items for over 10 years and never had such a horrible experience. Beware of the shipping company they do not follow through with their obligations nor do they communicate. We prefer to work with reputable and professional shipping companies. As you can see from our feedback we have a stellar reputation in the industry. It’s unfortunate that this shipper misrepresented their company.
