I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. This is the second shipment this shipper has booked with my company. Both times, after the shipment was booked, the shipper reposted the item on UShip. When questioned about it the shipper canceled, "Customer no longer required shipping". THIS time, the item was reposted for a lower "offer" amount! My questions have gone unanswered, so I am going to assume this shipment will also be canceled, which, by looking at the shipper's reviews, happens A LOT!
This shipper has MANY carriers/service prov Response from Jessica V.: The service provider failed to communicate or contact us about the pickup and delivery so our client felt uncomfortable working with the service provider . This service provider is very unprofessional, lacks integrity, and does not follow through in anyway. We only work with professional, reputable shippers and Soonertransp does not fit the bill. We are moving on, literally.
