The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it My quote was for the transport of a golf cart,it did not mention anything about picking up and assembling the roof rails,the roof,the windshield or the wheels and tires. The shipper and myself are in agreement about canceling this quote and shipment. So I do approve of this cancelation. In the future, when all of the details are worked out ,I would be willing to submit a quote to this shipper on any future shipments that he may have .But at the present I approve of this cancelation.
