There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved When we arrived to pick up the item Ritchie Brothers had not processed the customers payment. We spent an extra night in Las Vegas to try again the next morning. The next morning Ritchie Brothers finally acknowledged the customer payment and issued the release paperwork, however the item could not be located in the yard. Waited almost two hours for them to find the item and they finally admitted it was no longer there. Notified the shipper we could no longer wait as we had other shipments to
