I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Shipper was contacted. Shipper stated item would be left by the doc door. After searching the area, ringing the door, talking to two gentlemen, and attempting to contact Shipper again there was no success. We've looked for the item, attempted contact, waited, and finally attempted again. We can't wait any longer and risk other loads.
