Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward On my Quote I put I accept half payment at Pick up and balance at delivery. Customer was fine with paying half payment on pick up and balance at delivery. I got all the way to pick up and customer asked to pay me with credit card. It very clearly says on my quote I do not accept credit card. The customer did not want to pay that so I drove over 900 miles for no reason and then 900miles back home for no reason. Everything was very clear on my quote I think customer should pay for my Time and fuel

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The description of the items for Transport were way off and not possible for the equipment and tools I brought

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer is unable to get trailer insured prior to transport and over looked terms and conditions stating I do not provide insurance or haul uninsured units. Situation was unable to be resolved before scheduled departure time to pickup trailer.
