Communication was adequate, but could be improved. Had some "trailer issues" at the pick up point which delayed the shipment. The delay was no big deal as we had plenty of time. I would have liked to know of the break down earlier as I had guys staying late to unload when the driver said that he'd be on site around 6pm, but wasnt notified that the shipment wasnt coming that day. I had to email the dispatcher the next morning to find out that there was a problem.

Great communication. Excellent service and helpful as I was a first time Uship user. Sent pics after he was loaded to ensure that my entire load was picked up.
