A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have requested pick up yesterday at 11:40am, and called multiple times for confirmation of pick up, i was told it was on a route with a driver, and i was stop #4. 2nd time i called was 4pm when the driver was no where to be seen, when i called i was assured they will pick up closer to 5 pm or 5:20pm. I called again at 5:30pm, 30min over my business closing time, when they answered they said the drivers route was "cut off", they said it means the driver was unable to deliver since the location
