The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time they missed 2 back to back days to load this last week, it's due tomorow. I had to consoldae this order and run it expedited box truck to ensure a happy customer. This is also cost us out of pocket to clear up Centrals mess.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This carrier is the worse when it comes to customer service. They claim they won't go out there due to residence and no information. The BOL is loaded with information to contact at. Just pathetic excuses after excuse.
