I was two hours away from our scheduled time to pick up the load. The customer then asked me if I would be able to get it to his customer that was still ten hours away. I then responded, by telling him that it would not be feasible, because I still had to pick up some more freight that was five hours away. I told him if I do not get there by five this evening, I will have to wait till Tuesday to pick it up. He got rude, and cost me to sit till Tuesday. I did not make my appointment for five.

Transporter jerked me around for a week, did not show up as promised several times.Even worked with transporter to make the shipping still happen several times throughout the week, finally had to give up, as already lost one shipment because of lack of communication and commitment. wasn't going to loose the second one

This guy books job at 945 at night. Then proceed to make 3 phone calls consecutively. Yes that's rude. For 200 bucks I'd prefer my sleep and a little cuourtesy. Thanks please do move on.

Propmt service, no fuss, no muss just got the job done and done quick. Even went so far as to send photos of each item as they were picked up from the multiple locations. Will use him again when possible.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Called the service providers cell number and left a message on their voicemail to contact us. Service provider returned call the following morning. I was in a meeting an unavailable and one of my employees talked to them. When my employee brought me the message she was visibly upset with the conversation she had with the service provider claiming he was "rude" and he was upset that I had called his cell phone at 9:45pm the night before. I understand your situation and see that the service provider did offer a lower bid; however, the best way to make the change back to the lower bid would be through our cancellation process. What would happen is you could contact the service provider to let them know of the mistake and initiate a cancellation.
