The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This shipment was listed as charitable, when in fact it was not. After loading all cages, supplies, and feed, and meeting the Lady who had sold her parrot to the shipping customer, it was found the shipment was not charitable, nor was he a rescue. She seemed very uncomfortable about the situation. I explained to her that I had agreed to service the shipment because it was charitable. She stated it was NOT a rescue, she had sold the bird as a pet.I had left a message with Micah several hours prio

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper demanded payment code twice before pickup. Pickup was 2 days LATER than quoted. Shipper was belligerent, angry, and neurotic; had an issue with another customer as well. Shipper demanded shipment to be in the middle of the night or not at all, which was NOT agreed upon prior. Seller did not want her bird going with shipper because of condition of shippers' vehicle, the angry belligerence of the shipper and the pit bull in the truck, which was misrepresented as an old docile terrier.

This entire commentary is a pack of LIES. I NEVER requested payment until I was at location and had already loaded all cages. I had no Call back from customer all day after I left message to make arrangement to deliver. I Never even raised my voice to this woman nor insulted her in any way. She began yelling at me and calling me names when I requested uship code at pickup. She became more irate when I questioned the charitable nature of shipment.it was OBVIOUS she was a total scam artist.

WOW! What an incredible couple to work with. Very generous, helpful and flexible during all aspects of the transport. They even offered and helped me unload the dogs, clean out the kennel, and then to my utter amazement helped me rebuild the roofs of several dog houses that had fallen through from lack of use! ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty... AMAZING, trustworthy, kind and loving people... will definitely use transport services again. THANK YOU Myrna and that sweet, sweet man of yours! A+
