The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider was concerned that tires MAY not be road worthy. Wanted to trailer for extra money. I relisted shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier did not show up on two different days. I contacted UPS and was on hold for over a half an hour trying to schedule a new pickup date. I had the seller of the item stay at his location for an entire day waiting for ups to shop up never called or showed. I want tis cancelled and refunded I DO NOT WANT A USHIP CREDIT BECAUSE I WILL NOT USE USHIP IN THE FUTURE. I reached out to uship support and was told sorry cancel and pick a new carrier. That is not a answer to this issue. I wasted h

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I did not realize this did not include the brokerage fees and broker.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment No issue with cancelling however things on my end were as described. A pintle hitch is a very common hitch. This was listed in the picture and I have never heard of a pintle being "not average." I offered to have lights put on before it was picked up tomorrow. As far as the third excuse "no chains" there are chains in the picture for safe towing. Again no issue but its was not on me or my listing! Response from BrittP93: No problem on this. I considered it a safety issue. I wish the customer the best on his shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from CTStransportation: I can no longer handle this shipment within a reasonable timeframe. My main truck is in the shop for longer than expected. My backup truck is just not heavy enough to handle a load this heavy without working trailer brakes. I am glad we were able to resolve this with relative ease for both of us. Matt is a great guy and I will be willing to ship for him in the future.
