Jason was very responsive in communications, flexible with schedule, and provided clear instructions to get the job done. In shipping prep, their pre-wrapping is a time saver. As part of that work, the blanket exchange has pros and cons, depending on the shipper's practices. Recommend shipping with Designer's Consignment again.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was booked 7/21 with a pickup date within 1 day. Shipper did not pickup the piece or contact us regarding it. Was unable to reach by phone either.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately Kenneth's truck got smashed on his way to pickup the pieces and he will not be able to accommodate the shipment for obvious reasons. He was however excellent in communicating with me the entire time, and I look forward to working with him in the future.
