Jeffrey did a horrible job of communication from start to finish. He originally stated that he would call a day ahead of delivery. Instead he frantically called me last minute on a Friday evening when he was in town. Luckily someone was available to meet him. The next day the same thing ensued at my clients residence. So if you don't mind terrible communication and timing, Jeffrey is your guy.
