There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer did not read the stipulations in regards to pick up and delivery.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item was not as described. The item, was a boat that can be towed away. Our team arrived to collect the item however the trailer the boat was on had various issues. The structure and integrity of the trailer was in question. The tires had issues, one was flat and the rest uncertain of integrity.
The trailer ball was severely rusted so the size was not visible and the pickup location did not know the size.
The only thing they would assist with is adding air to the flattened tire. Upon askin

We did discuss the tires needing air. And if they did not hold, we would pay to replace. This boat was shipped a week after you cancelled and that is exactly what happened. They made it to our dealership without a problem. We've shipped 500 boats on this service and will readily admit that not everything goes as planned. But your comments are unwarranted.
