Odd experience, and I ship a LOT of furniture. They got the item (a very large chest of) where it needed to be in the same condition it left me. Nice at pickup, where I mentioned that the buyer was on the third floor apartment with an elevator. They acted like it was no big deal. When getting close, they told my buyer they wouldn't bring it up and demanded more money from me to take it up. I paid it because I needed the item delivered. Got it from point A to B, but would never use again.
