I have nothing but praise for Arch. In all aspects for my brief encounter with him during the actual pickup of my items. He was very personable, took every precaution to ensure the items were safely secured & protected for travel. I would definitely welcome any future deliveries with him should it arise

Nick was great. Very prompt and even called an hour ahead to let me know he would be here after checking with me days before pick up and gave me an approximate delivery date, which is much more than I've gotten in the past so very happy with his service so far.

Driver arrived as promised before noon and picked up the headboard. He acted in a very professional manner and was assisted in the pick/up Keith his partner, which did not require any further assistance on our part. We had the headboard shrink wrapped and they expressed their appreciation for this additional protection.
I would give them high marks for this pickup .

The pickup location is in Hialeah Florida. The man at the pick up location We have dealt with on two occasions and both times He has been extremely rude and pushy. He has no regard or care for Miami traffic, construction or other deliveries and pick ups before him. He resorts to name calling every time. We will not be dealing with this individual again. This has NOTHING to do with Chairish as they are first class.
