A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved S.m. transport cancelled on me because my shipment wasn't ready 4 days early. I posted pick up on 9/13/21 and he was contacting me bout pick up on 9/9/21. I tried to do my best to have the shipment ready 2days early and he still canceled on me.. terrible service.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper was a Broker and was Providing LTL carrier for shipment when I needed a Independent shipper to pickup and drop off and maintain shipment in same vehicle thru out the trip and not be moved from hub to hub with a LTL carrier.
