I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider has failed to respond to any emails, text message or phone calls regarding the shipment. I explained how this was a timely pick up and I needed confirmation and have failed to get any communication from the shipper the past 24 hours.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I accidently booked the wrong address. Halfmoon Ca instead of Halfmoon NY , I have to relist it with a pick up from Halfmoon NY. The driver had wonderful communication and was very understanding. I would recommend in the future.
