El cliente dio información falsa sobre el envío, y no puedo darle el servicio The customer presented wrong dimension.Had it listed at 11ft and 26,000lbs.When my driver got there the unit was 50,000lbs and 13ft high.He did not have a clue of the dimension.We lost $250 of our money sending our driver on a wild goose chase.

I tell the carrier that had no load dimensions, we proporsione contact details and verified prior to the shipment of your trailer, it indicates that cualme did his job to check cargo before committing a service that could not complete

El cliente dio una descripción falsa de su envío y no puedo brindarle el servicio The customer stated that the shipment was 10,002 lbs. We dispatched a truck to accommodate that load. When the driver arrived, we found the load to be 30,000 lbs. We communicated with customer via email 14 times to let him know we could not accommodate. We had already wasted a lot of fuel to get one truck there, we told him we would not send another as per our 'terms and conditions' of Uship.
