As this is a France-exclusive product, the seller is located in France, so they only speak French. French-speaking and English-speaking bilingual courier preferred, but communication is possible. Seller is very kind and translation is possible via Google Translate. Pick-up should not require too much talking, anyway. Please note: Once the item is collected, please package in a secure box and take it to any local post office where it can be shipped to a Canadian address (Shipping address will be provided.) You are not dropping it off at Canada, you are mailing it with any post office nearby; seller did not want to ship, so you would essentially act as a middleman.
