This shipment includes 1)a top wing 25'x6'x2', 2)two bottom wings 12x6x4, and a fuselage 18'x4'x5'. Bottom wings and fuselage can be crated as single unit with top wing crated separately. Tube/wood frame parts which weigh a few hundred pounds. No engine or prop. Must not be exposed to weather.

Main rotor blades are 10' x 8" x 4" each and will be put in wood container to protect them. The same with the propeller blades on back of motor. I can also take the axles and tires off to make the width go from 72" down to 46" which is the width of the back horizontal tail feather on either side, but that means instead of rolling it in and out of a truck or trailer it would have to be either carried or put on pallets. I will also send an "unused" plastic boat gas tank and small objects strapped on to Gyro Copter.

Presently loading two wings and preparing for transport to Florida. The wing tips overhang the back of the drop deck trailer by 5'. It is a 46' long drop trailer that weighs about 15,000 lbs. Has 6" ground clearance and is air ride. Each wing weighs about 5,000 lbs. Trailer has 5" steel vertical support poles to support the wings vertically and a rigid triangle structure supports them. Wings need to go to Milton, FL, be unloaded at a warehouse, then the trailer needs to be returned empty to the Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport, VA. (SHD). Thank you for visiting my auction.

This plane was scheduled for demolition due to it's age and the value of it's parts. It is now being stripped of it's engines and usable parts.When the wings are taken off and the plane dismanteled we need it shipped from the New Castle Delaware Airport to Bethlehem ,Pa. The plane will be in 5 parts. The 60 ft long ,9 ft wide and 10 ft high body that will sit on 2 support cradles , 2 wings each @ 22 ft long and 10 ft in the widest end , the tail fin will be cut off and should fit on the truck under the supported body and the 5th piece is the tail wing that is approx. 12 ft long and 8 ft in the widest part.
We run a SCUBA Diving 50 Acre Lake for sport divers and Training. Our plan is to re-attach the wings and sink this plane so it can be used as a underwater attraction and rescue trainer for our SCUBA Divers.We have many other attractions already sunk for our divers enjoyment and training. We need to know if the shipper will fit it all on one or 2 trucks. If one truck is used the wings could be put on edge and strapped to the sides of the body of the plane. Strapping needed.
